Our Gold Package offers a comprehensive service, managing everything from initial survey to final preparations, ensuring the space is ready for decoration.

Supplied under Building Regulations and Planning Approval from the customer
We will survey the site, taking complete responsibility for sizes
Our team will safely unload and store materials
We remove and dispose of old windows and doors and expertly install new windows and doors
We prepare internal plaster for decoration, and provide and install semi-finished architrave and window boards if necessary
We seal external joints with high-quality silicone or period-appropriate materials
All is sold in accordance with Lomax + Wood Installation conditions of sale

Silver Package

Our Silver Installation Package provides a streamlined solution for refurbishment projects, handling key aspects of the installation process while coordinating with your existing builder.

We will survey the site, taking complete responsibility for sizes
Our team safely unload and store materials; where scaffolding is required for installation, it is the responsibility of the builder
We remove and dispose of old windows and doors and expertly install new windows and doors
Silicone to external structural joint not included
Making good to external and internal openings and surfaces is not included

Only horizontal loading is included; vertical loading is not included unless quoted for and confirmed in writing

Our Bronze Package is ideal for new build projects, providing basic installation support while an on-site builder manages the overall build.
